After your trial session, we'll ask for your feedback via WhatsApp. If you're happy, we'll send you the payment details for your chosen plan and continue regular classes. There is no pressure — you decide at your own pace.

All our Quran tutors are certified Huffaz — they have memorised the entire Quran — and hold ijazah (an authenticated chain of authority) in Tajweed recitation. Academic tutors hold relevant university degrees and proven teaching experience in their subject areas.

Absolutely. If you feel the tutor is not the right fit for any reason, simply message us on WhatsApp and we will match your child with another tutor — no questions asked and no extra charge. Your child's comfort and progress are our top priority.

Yes. We have both male and female teachers available for all subjects. You can specify your preference in the enrolment form or message us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Our tutors are qualified professionals, primarily based in Pakistan, with many holding degrees from renowned Islamic institutions. All teachers are fluent in English and communicate clearly with students and parents in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and beyond.

We use Zoom or Google Meet — whichever your family prefers. Both platforms are free to use, work on any device, and allow screen sharing for academic subjects. Sessions are live and face-to-face; parents are always welcome to sit in and observe.

We teach students from age 4 and upwards, including adults. Whether your child is just starting Noorani Qaida or preparing for A-Level exams, we have the right tutor for every level. We also have dedicated adult Quran and Arabic programs.

Session length depends on your chosen plan:

• Starter: 30–45 minutes per session
• Standard: 45–60 minutes per session
• Premium: 60 minutes per session

Yes — we offer flexible scheduling across all time zones. Whether you're in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, or the Middle East, we will work around your schedule. Morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend slots are all available. Just tell us your preferred times in the enrolment form.

Absolutely and we encourage it — especially for younger children. Parents are welcome to observe every session. Many parents find it helpful to sit with their child, particularly for Quran classes, so they can support revision at home between sessions.

We provide regular progress reports shared via WhatsApp. Standard and Premium plans receive weekly updates; Starter plans receive monthly reports. Reports cover lessons covered, strengths, areas for improvement, and upcoming goals. Parents can also message us any time with questions.

Payment is made monthly and we accept:

There is no lock-in contract. You can pause or cancel at any month with just 7 days notice. We will never charge you without your explicit agreement.

Yes. There is no long-term contract. You can pause classes (for holidays, exams, etc.) or cancel at any time with just 7 days notice via WhatsApp. We believe in earning your loyalty through quality, not locking you in.

Our Hifz program is a structured Quran memorization course led by qualified Hafiz teachers who have themselves completed the full memorization. Each student receives:

• A personalised memorization plan based on their current level
• Daily new lesson + revision of previously memorised sections
• Regular testing and correction
• Weekly progress reports for parents

Students can begin Hifz from as young as 6 years old, and we also accept adult students wishing to memorise the Quran.

Yes — Noorani Qaida is one of our most popular programs. It teaches children the Arabic alphabet, pronunciation rules, and basic Tajweed foundations before moving on to Quran recitation. It's ideal for children aged 4–8 who are just starting their Quranic journey.

We offer 1-on-1 tutoring for a wide range of academic subjects including:

All academic tutoring is exam-focused and tailored to the specific curriculum your child follows (Cambridge, Edexcel, etc.).

Yes — that's exactly what many families choose. Our Standard and Premium plans are designed for students who want both Islamic education and academic tutoring. We will schedule the sessions on different days and at convenient times to avoid clashing with school hours.

Any device with a camera and microphone works — a laptop, tablet, or smartphone. We recommend a laptop or tablet for the best experience, especially for academic subjects where screen sharing is used. A stable internet connection is also important.

Both Zoom and Google Meet are free to download and available on all devices. Your tutor will send you a meeting link before every class — simply click the link to join. No account is required for Google Meet; Zoom requires a free account. We can help you set up if needed.

If a class is significantly disrupted due to technical issues on either side, we will reschedule the session at a time convenient for you — at no extra cost. Simply message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange a makeup class as soon as possible.
