Registration data submitted through our website is transmitted directly to our secure WhatsApp business line and internal records — it is not stored on public servers.

5 Children's Privacy

IlmCare Academy serves students of all ages including children under 13. We take children's privacy very seriously:

• All registrations must be completed by a parent or guardian
• We only collect a child's first name and age group — never their individual contact details
• All tutoring sessions take place on Zoom or Google Meet and parents are welcome to observe at any time
• We do not knowingly collect personal data from children directly

6 WhatsApp & Communication

Our primary communication channel is WhatsApp. When you enroll, your registration details are sent to our WhatsApp business number (+92 335 340 8585). By submitting the enrollment form, you consent to being contacted via WhatsApp to confirm your free trial.

You may opt out of WhatsApp communications at any time by messaging us "Stop" and we will remove you from our contact list within 24 hours.

7 Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data at any time
• Withdraw consent for us to contact you
• Ask questions about how your data is used
